The Main Purpose Of Nylon Modified Particle Screening

Leave a message

Granules: Cylindrical particles φ2-4mm, length 2-5mm; accompanied by contiguous granules, long strips, clumps, and fine powder from extrusion.

Glass fiber modified nylon is highly prone to static electricity generation due to friction, causing granules to adhere to the screen frame, clump together, and impair sieving.

Glass fiber is rigid, and ordinary woven mesh wears out quickly, easily breaking fibers and mixing into the material. The incoming pellets carry residual heat, making them more susceptible to electrostatic adhesion at high temperatures.

This equipment removes contiguous materials, long strips, clumps, and fine powder, and grades particle size; it is a commonly used post-processing device after extrusion and pelletizing of modified plastics.

The biggest challenges of nylon modified granules are: static electricity generated by friction, granules getting stuck in the screen, fine powder adhering to the screen, and glass fiber extrusion causing screen wear.
