Our History
Changshu Diyou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven enterprise rooted in a rich industrial heritage while looking toward the future. Although we were formally established under our new name in 2024, our technical lineage and management DNA trace back to 1979; for nearly half a century, we have remained dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of chemical additives and new materials.
1979: Our predecessor, "Changshu Yangtze River Chemical Plant," was founded, marking the beginning of our journey in the chemical industry.
1990s: Renamed as a chemical additives plant, we grew into one of China's leading manufacturers of PVC calcium-zinc stabilizers, with products widely used in high-end sectors such as medical-grade gloves and synthetic leather.
1994: Received a handwritten inscription from Gu Xiulian, then Minister of Chemical Industry-"Revitalize the factory through technology and scale new heights"-marking a pivotal milestone in our technology-led development.
1996: Restructured as "Fa'ai Chemical," we optimized management mechanisms and achieved ISO9001 quality management system certification, steadily maturing our product quality and service systems.
2018: Fa'ai Chemical was renamed "Fa'ai New Material Technology Co., Ltd.," shifting our business focus toward new materials; that same year, we completed a strategic relocation and technological upgrade of our production systems.
2024: Building upon our accumulated technical expertise, production experience, and customer service philosophy, Changshu Diyou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established, launching a new phase of growth.

We are not a startup beginning from scratch, but a new enterprise with deep-rooted foundations. We have not only preserved nearly five decades of process data, quality control systems, and industry know-how but have also comprehensively modernized our organizational structure, R&D focus, and environmental standards.

Our Factory
The company's production base is located in Shanghu Town, Changshu City-within the manufacturing cluster of the Yangtze River Delta-benefiting from excellent industrial supporting infrastructure and transportation logistics. The facility covers an area of approximately 12,000 square meters and is equipped with capabilities for raw material processing, mixing and modification, twin-screw extrusion, pelletizing and packaging, performance testing, and injection molding.
The factory operates a comprehensive production workflow for modified engineering plastics, encompassing raw material feeding, mixing and dispersion, melt blending, extrusion, cooling and pelletizing, packaging, and performance testing. The production floor is equipped with dust-free feeding stations, high-speed mixers, extruders, and packaging machines, enabling the modification of materials such as PA, PC, PP, PPS, and TPE to meet specific requirements for flame retardancy, reinforcement, toughening, weather resistance, antistatic properties, and electrical conductivity.

Regarding product testing, the company utilizes equipment such as vertical/horizontal burning testers, dielectric breakdown testers, electronic tensile testers, melt flow rate testers, composite impact testers, glow-wire testers, and UV weathering testers. These enable the comprehensive testing of materials for flame retardancy, electrical properties, mechanical properties, flow characteristics, impact resistance, and weatherability.
To support customer projects involving plastic components, the company also offers precision injection molding and post-processing services. Molding is performed using all-electric and hybrid injection molding machines, complemented by downstream services such as painting, printing, ultrasonic welding, and assembly.



Our Product
PA Flame-Retardant Modified Series
Products include halogen-free, red phosphorus, and brominated flame-retardant nylons, suitable for components such as miniature circuit breakers, electrical switches, earth-leakage circuit breakers, and coil bobbins. The red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon meets V-0 flammability ratings, features a CTI value exceeding 500V, and complies with RoHS environmental standards.
PA Reinforced Modified Series
Includes reinforced PA6, reinforced PA66, and reinforced anti-warping PA6; suitable for automotive parts, power tools, mechanical components, exhaust pipe brackets, fuel tank sumps, and air conditioner vent louvers.
PA Toughened Modified Series
Includes toughened PA6, toughened PA66, and super-tough nylon 6; suitable for cable ties, pulleys, sports equipment, textile machinery parts, electronic valves, and mechanical gears.
PC and ASA Modified Series
Includes weather-resistant ASA, flame-retardant PC, and toughened PC; suitable for automotive grilles, rearview mirror housings, charger casings, charging station housings, and various electrical appliance accessories.
PC Alloy Modified Series
Includes high-gloss PC/ABS, flame-retardant PC/ABS, flame-retardant PC/PBT, and weather-resistant PC/ASA alloys; suitable for TV housings, switch panels, automotive parts, communication equipment, electronic devices, industrial parts, automotive roof racks, and photovoltaic accessories.
PP Modified Series
Includes filled, reinforced, and flame-retardant grades of PP; suitable for automotive bumpers, fenders, cable clips, new energy battery trays, cooling fans, water pump housings, battery casings, and electrical appliance accessories.
PPS Modified Series
Includes reinforced, toughened-reinforced, and conductive-reinforced PPS; suitable for motor parts, terminals, igniters, piston rings, seals, textile machinery components, automotive parts, and electronic/electrical components.
Antistatic and Conductive Modified Series
Includes conductive/flame-retardant/reinforced PA6, antistatic/flame-retardant/reinforced PA6, and conductive/reinforced PPS; suitable for applications in automotive, electronics/electrical appliances, medical devices, mechanical equipment, and specialized industrial environments.
TPE Elastomer Series
Medical-grade and general-purpose TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) products.
Automotive Plastic Parts (Injection Molding) Series
Based on customer drawings, samples, and performance specifications, the company provides comprehensive services-including material selection, mold development, precision injection molding, and post-processing-for automotive interior and exterior trim, functional structural components, battery system parts, and other plastic components.
