Impact Modified Polycarbonate Molding Compound is a PC-based modified material developed to improve impact resistance and processing performance.

 

Its main characteristics include good impact resistance, resistance to stress cracking, good flow, and practical injection molding performance. Typical applications include electrical accessories, charger housings, and rear-view mirror housings.

 

Compared with PC grades that focus mainly on a higher flame-retardant rating, this material places more emphasis on reducing the risk of cracking caused by impact, assembly stress, or localized stress concentration.

Typical Performance of PC 305R
