PA6 Material for Better Shape Control
Low Warpage Reinforced Nylon Compound is a reinforced PA6 material developed for molded parts that require rigidity, dimensional flatness, and good surface quality at the same time.
Its main characteristics are high rigidity, reduced warpage tendency, and good injection-molded surface performance. The material is especially suitable for thin or relatively long components where deformation may affect assembly.
A typical application is an air-conditioning outlet blade. These parts are often arranged in groups and may need to rotate or fit accurately inside a housing. Better control of part shape can help maintain consistent assembly angles and clearances. The material can also be considered for plastic fuel tank components and other air-conditioning outlet structures.
Mechanical Support with Controlled Shrinkage
The reinforced anti-warpage PA6 series has a typical density of 1.35–1.36 g/cm³ and a molding shrinkage range of 0.25%–0.50%.
Representative grades provide tensile strength at break from 130 to 190 MPa and flexural strength from 162 to 220 MPa. Flexural modulus ranges from 6400 to 8900 MPa, providing the structural support needed for parts that must resist bending.
Notched Izod impact strength is 14–16 kJ/m². The heat deflection temperature under a 1.82 MPa load is 190–215°C.
These properties allow Low Warpage Reinforced Nylon Compound to combine rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, and dimensional control for injection-molded structural parts.
Warpage Depends on More Than Material Strength
For low-warpage applications, mechanical properties alone are not enough to determine the final molding result.
Part length, wall thickness variation, gate position, cooling conditions, and demolding structure may all influence flatness. For air-conditioning outlet blades, buyers should pay particular attention to blade dimensions, shaft design, surface requirements, and assembly clearance.
For other thin-wall structural parts, the mold runner system and actual injection parameters should also be considered together with the material shrinkage range.
Customers can provide product drawings, current material parameters, or trial molding results to support more accurate material selection. This can help distinguish whether dimensional problems are related mainly to the material, part structure, or molding conditions.

Material Development and Molding Support
Changshu Diyou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has production processes covering raw material handling, twin-screw extrusion modification, injection molding, and material performance testing.
For low-warpage reinforced nylon, the technical team can support formulation design, process optimization, and injection molding verification. Material and mold compatibility can also be evaluated according to the structure of the finished component.
Production and quality management are carried out under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Raw materials, extrusion processes, product inspection, and finished-product release are managed through standardized procedures.
For batch purchasing, Low Warpage Reinforced Nylon Compound can be discussed according to dimensional stability, part geometry, molding conditions, and required mechanical properties before the final grade is selected.
