Raw Material Composition Of Modified Plastic Granules

Leave a message

The modified plastic granule raw materials include 50-70 parts of base resin, 20-30 parts of high-gloss reinforcing resin, 2-5 parts of compatibilizer, 1-3 parts of composite high-gloss additive, 0.3-0.8 parts of antioxidant, 0.5-1.2 parts of dispersant, and 0.4-0.6 parts of light stabilizer.

The base resin is ABS resin with a melt flow rate of 2-5 g/10 min (220℃, 10 kg).

The high-gloss reinforcing resin is a blend of PMMA and PC resins in a weight ratio of 3:1-2:1.

The composite high-gloss additive is a blend of silicone masterbatch and PTFE wax in a weight ratio of 2:1.

This solution uses a blend of PMMA and PC as the high-gloss reinforcing resin, combined with silicone masterbatch and PTFE wax composite high-gloss additive, to synergistically improve the system's light reflectivity and surface smoothness.
