Antistatic Flame Retardant Nylon Compound is a functional modified engineering plastic based on reinforced PA6. It is designed for injection-molded components that require static control, flame resistance, and mechanical support in the same material.

 

The material reaches a UL-94 V-0 flame-retardant rating and provides antistatic performance while retaining the rigidity and load-bearing characteristics of reinforced nylon.

 

Applications listed in the product information include automotive, electronics, and electrical components. It can be used for conductive insulating sheets, mining nylon ground rollers, and other structural parts where reducing static accumulation is an important material requirement.
