Common problems and solutions with nylon particle plastic bags

Creases

Cause Analysis: Caused by unstable control of lamination tension.

Solution: Using high-quality raw materials is essential. (You can ask our customer service for the contact information and responsible person of our raw material suppliers.) Our lamination tension control is specifically designed for plastic particles and plastic bags by our technical department and cannot be arbitrarily changed.

Delamination
Cause Analysis: Delamination of plastic particles and plastic bags can be caused by: adhesives, raw materials, curing time and temperature, corona discharge, etc.

Lamination
We have strict control over the amount of adhesive applied during lamination, using pressure rollers to control the amount of adhesive applied, ensuring even adhesion.

Oven
The oven is divided into three sections, each with a different temperature setting.

Lamination Hot Press Roller
The temperature is controlled at around 60 degrees Celsius to ensure a stronger bond between the two layers of film.

Curing

For our plastic pellet bags, we cure them at 50°C ± 5°C for 72 hours. This allows the adhesive used in the lamination process to evaporate under the most stable conditions, achieving optimal viscosity.

Experimentation
After curing, our inspectors sample each roll and test for peel strength, tearing, leakage, wrinkling, puncture strength, etc.
